CAPITAL CAMPAIGN DRIVE The 3rd Sunday of this month, June 18, 2017, will be our Capital Campaign Drive. Please be prepared to pay on your capital campaign pledges, above your tithes and offering. I hope you all enjoyed the Walk-through on Sunday, May 28 and are excited about what the new addition has to offer. For our new members and those who have not yet pledged, the Deaconess Ministry will be on hand with pledge cards and can answer any questions you may have. YOUTH MINISTRY END-OF-SCHOOL-YEAR EVENT Attention all youth, parents and guardians, To celebrate the end of the school year, the Youth Ministry will be going to: Valleyfair Amusement Park , Saturday, June 24, 2017, 10am to 7pm. We will leave the church parking lot by 8:30 am; arrive at VF by 9:15 am. We are asking for all those who will be attending this event to be at the church by 8:15 am so we can get everyone checked-in, arranged in carpools/groups and leave on time (the sooner everyone gets checked-in, the sooner we can leave). Amen? Youth of all ages, their parents and guardians are invited to come. Please Note: Kids 8 yrs. old and under MUST be accompanied by their parent/guardian. We also encourage you to bring a friend and/or other family members as well. Lastly, we are asking youth who have allergies and/or asthma to please fill out a health form and return it to any Youth Ministry Staff member before the day of the trip. Thank you, in advance. Our special group rate for Admission tickets is $28.25 per person/child. *Parking: Parking costs $15.00 per car and that is payable at the gate OR, you can go online and just buy the daily parking pass for the June 24th date for only $12.99 per car! HIGHER LEARNING MINISTRY GRADUATE RECOGNITION PROGRAM Sunday, June 25, 2017 9:30 AM Worship Service Along with our graduate recognition ceremony, we will also announce the 2017 Higher Learning Ministry's Scholarship winners. Our Inspirational Speaker for the hour will be Dr. Joyce Ester, President of Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN. A reception will follow after service.
